Should I use a recruiter?

Maybe! How critical is the hire? How much time can you devote to Talent Acquisition - that’s the marketing of the vacancy, the placement of adverts in media channels, the screening of candidates and the co-ordination of the interviews. It takes a lot of time. So, it is often expedient to engage a recruiter to do that work for you.

If you have the time to do it all yourself then give it a go but don’t underestimate the amount of time and effort it takes to do this type of work - could that time be better out to running your business?
